Open Netscape Navigator (you may configure your mail settings on or off-line)
Click on Options
Click on Mail and News Preferences
Click on Servers
For Outgoing Mail (SMTP)Server: smtp.tabletoptelephone.com
Incoming Mail (POP3)Server: pop.tabletoptelephone.com
POP3 User Name: username
Mail Directory: Leave set to default
News (NNTP) Server: news.tabletoptelephone.com
News RC Directory: Leave set to default

Click on Identity

Your Name: Type your Real Name
Your E-mail: username@tabletoptelephone.com
Reply address: username@tabletoptelephone.com
Your Organization: If you have one
Signature File: If you have one
Press OK when finished
You should be back on your Netscape Navigator's main screen.
At your lower right hand corner, click on the envelope to retrieve your messages. A screen will appear asking you to enter your password and press OK.

You should see a box detailing the progress of downloading your mail. If there are no messages, you should get a box that says sorry you don't have new message, or something to that effect.

Your new messages will appear on the screen, in your Inbox, ready for you to read. Simply click on the first new message and it will appear on the below screen. After you read the message, you can delete your message or leave them for later.
